The Ganton Arms is a modern British gastro-pub just off Carnaby Street in London's famous West End. An always-on business that trades strongly for both food and drink 7 days a week. The Role:

As GM, you will take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business. Being business-savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must. Your team will look up to you, so it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction. You have impeccable floor, bar and late-night experience. You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

  • Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager
  • Solid communication and organisational skills, with an approachable personality

  • Excellent all-round business knowledge, from financials to customer satisfaction
  • An entrepreneurial flair
  • Passionate about people, training, mentoring and growing a team
  • Personal Licence holder beneficial
