The Digital Advisory Panel (DAP) provides specialist, evidence-based insight and advice to the Commission to inform regulation. - Advising on digital developments and trends, and how the gambling industry may operationalise them
- Identifying threats and opportunities to the Commission’s regulation of gambling posed by new technology and the evolving digital landscape
- Reviewing specific topics and making appropriate recommendations
- Providing guidance or other input to specific projects or policies
We welcome candidates who bring international expertise, and we will consider how we can be flexible to involve non-GB-based candidates in the work of DAP.
Members of the Panel draw on their own professional expertise and that of their network to advise and guide the Commission. This is primarily done by providing input during meetings or by reviewing written material. Meetings are generally held online, but there are some opportunities to meet in person in our Birmingham offices.
