Harry's is the critically acclaimed new restaurant at The Gallivant, a multi-award-winning boutique hotel by the beach. Opened in early 2025 with Executive Chef Matthew Harris (ex-Bibendum), it has quickly become one of the most talked-about dining destinations in East Sussex and Kent. We are on a mission to make Harry's the re-imagined Bibendum of the South Coast – a stand-alone restaurant, attached to The Gallivant, that offers an exceptional dining experience. Open for dinner seven nights a week and lunch on weekends, Harry's is built on consistency, refined simplicity, and a deep appreciation for quality ingredients.
Our vision is to create a destination restaurant where guests return time and again—somewhere that delivers consistently delicious food people want to eat, with a level of service that is both structured and genuinely warm. Every detail matters, from procedural excellence and attention to detail to the sense of hospitality and generosity that defines a truly great dining experience.
The Role
We're looking for hands-on, charismatic team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless service and helping to drive Harry's reputation as a must-visit dining destination.
