I'm looking for an exceptional Hotel Manager to lead The Gallivant. This is an opportunity for someone ready to step into their first Hotel Manager role, or an existing Hotel Manager looking for a more progressive business.
You'll probably be working in another leading boutique hotel, members' club or quality led hospitality business and be recognised for building high performing teams, leading from the front and coaching others to succeed.
I'm looking for someone with strong commercial awareness, who enjoys using data and technology to make better decisions, embraces AI as part of modern leadership and is excited by continuous improvement rather than simply maintaining standards.
As we continue to grow and prepare for the opening of our second hotel in 2027, this role offers genuine opportunity to grow alongside the business.
