- Be a seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business. You may be currently working as a commercial catering manager, school kitchen manager, care home head chef, sous chef, deputy kitchen manager or the manager of an independent business or equivalent.
- Be able to drive, in order to support business in your district whilst training.
