They are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to work directly with the Technical Product Director during this pivotal transition—from external vendor-led development to an agile, high-performing in-house team.

As Senior Product Manager, you will be the engine for discovering customer needs, synthesizing commercial and market research, and translating insight into actionable product priorities, working very closely with engineering and design leads. You will co-own delivery of our clients evolving product roadmap, champion digital automation and lean practices, and help lay the foundations for the companies next generation of Advisor and Business facing features—including their new Knowledge Framework Library.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct regular, structured customer and market research (interviews, user analytics, surveys, competitor benchmarking) to inform product direction and challenge assumptions.
  • Synthesize research insights to segment user needs, define problems, and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Present findings clearly—ensuring roadmap decisions are transparent, evidence-based, and aligned to company vision.
  • Co-create, refine, and reprioritize the product roadmap with the TPD—recommending focus areas based on research and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop clear user stories, requirements documents, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements (notably, the Knowledge Framework Library and automation-driven capabilities).
  • Track, report, and communicate progress throughout delivery cycles to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine onboarding journeys, help content, and in-app guidance for Advisors and Businesses.
  • Partner with commercial and leadership teams to ensure feature releases are understood, adopted, and measured for impact.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to eliminate manual processes through automation, leveraging the latest digital tools.
Experience & Qualities
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Consumer Tech, digital platforms, or management consultancy product roles, ideally during rapid growth or transformation.
  • Proven skills designing, conducting, and synthesizing customer and market research.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and driving delivery in agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—across both qualitative and quantitative data - fluent in metrics, experimentation frameworks, and data interpretation to guide decisions and evaluate outcomes.
  • Comfortable championing automation and digital tooling to create a high-efficiency, modern product team.
  • Experience in segmentation and running experiments (e.g. A/B testing).
  • Comfortable working with technical systems, with enough technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on architecture and APIs.
