Role Overview
Join to apply for the Charity Fundraiser role at The Fundraising Partnership.
Employed by The Fundraising Partnership, you would be a Fundraiser representing and generating donations on behalf of the Alzheimers Society. You will have genuine, passionate conversations with the general public to support The Alzheimers Society with small regular donations.
Responsibilities
- Have meaningful conversations with members of the public to encourage them to become regular supporters of the Alzheimers Society.
- Work in major retail stores, premium venues, or engage people door‑to‑door, depending on your location.
- Utilise the Partnership’s relationships with supermarkets and other premium venues to facilitate fundraising in those settings.
- Attend full training and ongoing support sessions to maintain a high standard of fundraising.
- Manage your own working day, with the flexibility to compress hours over two weeks to gain blocks of days off.
Qualifications
- Permanent access to a vehicle, a valid driver licence, appropriate insurance and a current MOT.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good listening ability, and a genuine interest in supporting a charitable cause.
- Experience in sales (Avon, energy, catalogue, direct, door‑to‑door, field, broadband sales, brand ambassador) is an advantage but not essential.

- Salary enhanced by a commission structure: £30,000 – £40,000 OTE (guaranteed hourly rate of £12.21).
