Achieve room revenue targets set by the management, including lead generation and team goals.
Identify market needs and trends in travel trade, luxury leisure, corporate, and MICE segments.
Achieve KPIs for managed accounts and market segments in alignment with the management.
Monitor competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and exceed market share.
Conduct site visits, FAM trips, sales trips, and trade shows as needed.
Monitor revenue and business production for all accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international hotel experience in Sales & Marketing department.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, aggressive, initiative, self-confident; established excellent relationship with commercial industry customers.
- Ability to build positive relationship with clients and prospective clients.
- Polished presentation style, supplemented by advanced negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager.
