Our significant growth has led us to invest further across our Customer Account Management team to increase revenue.

You will be extensively trained and supported to become an ambassador of The Fuel Store, to identify account growth opportunities for our fuel and non-fuel products in order to generate revenue and increase sales overall.

Brief Overview:
  • Permanent Opportunity: Full Time
  • Basic Salary: ÂŁ28,000 - ÂŁ32,000 – Negotiable on experience
  • OTE: Additional ÂŁ8,000 - ÂŁ12,000
  • Location: Birmingham, B2 (Hybrid)

To contribute to The Fuel Store’s success, you will need 2 years experience in:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Managing workflow efficiently to maximise productivity.
  • Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Making commercially driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs).
As well as having the right experience, a Fueller will have:
