Company Overview: The Fuel Store is a fast-growing, technology-driven fuel and fleet management business processing 65 million litres of fuel annually and delivering £80m+ turnover with a lean team of circa 50 colleagues. They are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead campaign delivery, manage agency partners and drive measurable commercial growth across multiple channels.

Basic Salary: Competitive based on experience (£30,000 – £40,000)
Reports to: Head of Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support delivery of digital acquisition and campaigns
- Support the preparation of campaign inputs, audience lists, and briefs for agency partners
- Assist in managing approvals, content, and platform access to keep campaigns running smoothly
- Monitor performance and key metrics, sharing insights with Sales and Account Management
- Support paid media, SEO and website activity
- Work with agency partners to support paid media and SEO execution
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and content uploads
- Maintain organised marketing assets and support improvements to website performance
- Assist with content and creative delivery
- Support content creation across blogs, social, and website by coordinating inputs and briefs
- Gather insight from across the business to develop relevant, accurate content
- Help review, refine, and publish content across channels
- Sales enablement and lead nurturing
- Assist in building and maintaining email nurture campaigns
- Support the upkeep of sales collateral, case studies, and presentations
- Ensure Sales teams have access to current and relevant marketing materials
- Data, CRM and reporting
- Maintain CRM data quality and campaign records in a clean, usable format
- Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance updates
- Assist in analysing data to identify trends and opportunities
- Day-to-day marketing operations
- Support the coordination of day-to-day marketing activity across multiple workstreams
- Help manage timelines, tasks, and priorities to keep delivery on track
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Some experience or exposure to marketing (internship, placement, or early role)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop across multiple marketing channels
- Comfortable working with data, systems and tools (training provided)
