The Fuel Store is a fast-growing Birmingham-based business using technology to transform the fuel and fleet management sector. We provide fuel and related solutions to the transportation industry, helping businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase profitability.
We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the day-to-day delivery of our marketing strategy.
As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute campaigns and coordinate marketing activity across digital channels, content, CRM and sales enablement. This is a hands-on generalist marketing role for someone who enjoys working across multiple channels, managing campaigns end-to-end and keeping projects moving at pace. You’ll act as the operational engine of the marketing function — ensuring campaigns, content and reporting are delivered effectively and aligned with business goals.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Delivery
- Deliver digital acquisition and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Track campaign performance including CPL, engagement and pipeline signals
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to act on marketing insights
- Manage day-to-day relationship with marketing agency
- Maintain marketing assets across digital channels
- Oversee landing page updates, website content and SEO improvements
- Monitor search terms, keyword performance and optimisation opportunities
- Brief and review blogs, social content and website updates
- Source insights from across the business to create valuable content
- Ensure content is on-brand, accurate and commercially relevant
- Maintain CRM data quality and segmentation
- Produce performance dashboards and marketing reports
- Coordinate marketing schedules and priorities
- Keep projects organised and stakeholders informed of progress
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working across multiple projects.
