Our significant growth has led us to invest further across our Customer Account Management team to increase revenue. With this comes requirements for a Customer Account Manager! You will be extensively trained and supported to become an ambassador of The Fuel Store, to identify account growth opportunities for our fuel and non-fuel products in order to generate revenue and increase sales overall.
Brief Overview:
- Permanent Opportunity: Full Time
- Basic Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 – Negotiable on experience
- OTE: Additional ÂŁ8,000 - ÂŁ12,000
- Location: Birmingham, B2 (Hybrid)
Requirements for a Customer Account Manager:
- Foster long-term client relationships to ensure loyalty and retention.

To contribute to The Fuel Store’s success, you will need 2 years experience in:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Driving client satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Managing workflow efficiently to maximise productivity.
