Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: Head Office Purfleet, Essex.

About the Role: FTS Group is a recruitment and logistics company that works across the UK, from Glasgow to Exeter and everywhere in between. For over 20 years we have provided driving and industrial recruitment agency services to global supply chains and SMEs, as well as haulage, warehousing and distribution services from our Head Office Distribution Centre. Our offering is truly unique, hallmarked by ethics and quality, and we have exciting plans to expand.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be working across sales, resourcing, and operations to grow the client base and service accounts in a similar fashion to a classic 360 role. The key difference in this role is that we do not operate “desks”. All accounts and candidates are serviced by the branch team as a whole.
You’ll be joining the branch team to increase sales capability, increase resourcing capability, and increase client services capability, and continue the successful growth and operation of the branch. Over time, successful employees can expect to earn promotion, work with new branches across the UK, and assist in developing new generations of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and grow the branch client base.
- Strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Resource and vet new candidates, preparing them for placement.
- Handle client and candidate bookings and queries.
- Visit clients and conduct regular client meetings to review and improve service.
- Work with the Branch Manager to achieve branch revenue targets.
- Be part of a paid on-call rota.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary for this position is negotiable subject to experience. We provide a generous uncapped commission scheme that opens the opportunity to quickly and realistically earn £40,000.00+ per annum OTE in your first 12 months.
