The FSC Group is seeking a Lead Development Chef at our FSC Bristol Innovation Centre in Flax Bourton. You will own the concept-to-launch process for food-on-the-move ranges across multiple clients, directing the two development chefs and aligning creative direction with cost targets and scale-up feasibility.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration with technical, procurement, operations, and sales to ensure compliant, scalable products.
