The Frying Squad is seeking a skilled Fish Fryer to join our team. As a Fish Fryer, you will ensure our customers receive high-quality service.
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and fry fish and chips according to our established recipes and standards

  • Ensure that all food is cooked to perfection and meets our quality and safety standards

  • Keep a clean and organized workstation, including regularly cleaning and maintaining the fryers and other kitchen equipment

  • Assist in food preparation, such as cutting potatoes and preparing the batter

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures

  • Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner

  • Assist with other kitchen duties as required
