This is a full-time remote role. We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Specialist with a strong background in celebrity representation, talent acquisition, and high-profile artist management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating deals, managing celebrity careers, and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth talent in entertainment, sports, or media.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile talent, managing their brand partnerships, endorsements, and career growth strategies.
- Secure and negotiate contracts for appearances, sponsorships, endorsements, and media engagements on behalf of clients.
- Develop and execute long-term career plans for talent, including brand positioning, PR opportunities, and business ventures.
- Maintain and expand relationships with agents, publicists, brands, and entertainment executives to create new opportunities for clients.
- Handle PR and reputation management for talent, ensuring brand integrity and mitigating risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor talent movements, and emerging opportunities in entertainment and media.
- Ensure all agreements adhere to legal and financial best practices while protecting client interests.
- Minimum 5 years in talent management, celebrity representation, or artist management (agency or corporate experience preferred).
- Proven roster of high-profile clients (actors, musicians, athletes, influencers, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in six- and seven-figure deals.
- Established network in entertainment, sports, or media industries.
- Knowledge of contract law, royalties, and intellectual property rights.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
- Experience with digital/social talent (influencers, content creators).
- Background in PR, marketing, or branding.
- Familiarity with talent management software/tools.
