Overview

The Ministry Assistant is responsible for processing all donations and purchases in a timely manner and assisting the FOI UK Field Representative in the distribution and receiving of ministry materials.

Key Objectives

  • Help accomplish FOI’s mission.
  • Keep accurate donor records.
  • Provide timely processing of donations and purchases.

Position Qualifications

  • Previous ministry, office, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Data entry experience 1 - 5 years.
  • Excellent organisational and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent computer operating skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.
  • Ability to learn internal web-based systems quickly.
  • Capable and pleasant in handling inquiries from others.
  • Able to accomplish tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable to changing technology.
  • Dedicated Christian who demonstrates an understanding and support of FOI’s mission, philosophy, ministry, beliefs, and policies. This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement.
