You will collaborate closely with performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams to scale partnerships and drive sustainable growth.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new affiliate partners across India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates.
- Negotiating deals, setting KPIs, and ensuring continuous partner performance improvement.
- Exploring new market opportunities and developing initiatives to grow visibility and revenue.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitoring campaign data, analysing trends, and proposing growth-oriented optimisations.
- Leveraging automation and AI tools in your daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagement.
Your Skills And Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
- Strong understanding of the Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi digital and affiliate landscape.
- Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- General proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflows.
- Fluent in English and at least one local language (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Bengali).
