We are looking for an experienced and proactive Stone Fruit & Kiwi Product Manager to play a key role in managing product quality, stock rotation and operational decision making across our stone fruit and kiwi categories.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading fresh produce business where you can make a real impact on product quality, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
You'll work closely with experienced colleagues across growing, supply chain, technical and production functions while developing your expertise within a key product category.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain teams, growers and customers to ensure fruit quality is maintained from arrival through to customer dispatch.
You will be responsible for monitoring stock quality, managing inventory rotation and supporting operational teams to achieve the right balance between product quality, customer specifications and production efficiency.
Working within a fast-paced fresh produce environment, you will act as the key point of contact for quality and stock related decisions, helping maximise yield whilst ensuring excellent product standards are maintained.
- Our Perfect Product Manager Would Have
- Experience within fresh produce, fruit production, quality management or product management.
- Strong knowledge of fruit quality standards, defects and stock management principles.
- Confidence in making commercial and operational decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Communicates effectively with growers, customers and internal teams.
- Practical, hands-on approach and enjoys working closely with operational teams.
- Possesses strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The Hours You Would Work
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm.
