Fresh are on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to join one of their busy client account teams. A solutions-focused team player, who has already earnt their stripes in agency or in house. They will understand that the role of a Senior Account Manager is all about successfully transitioning from being solely task-oriented to becoming a trusted client partner and dependable team lynchpin. With the shift of ‘doing’ to ‘thinking’, our SAMs are brave, they challenge the norm, they’re down to earth, they’re client experts and they have a laser focused detail for excellence in delivery as well as a passion for client relationships.
For this particular vacancy, you will be joining a team who focus their energy on one client account, supporting them with their annual program of activities.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 4 years agency experience working on multiple experiential projects
- Have knowledge and understanding of retail clients
- Have experience of/or desire to mentor and line manage junior team members
- Be key to internal and external relationships with a desire to continuously improve client partnerships
- Be commercially savvy
- Be willing to work to our hybrid way of working, with a minimum of 3 days a week from our Manchester city centre office
Core tasks:
- Ownership of mid–large scale experiential projects including a deep understanding of pre-prod roles, multi-agency working and budget management
- Oversight of small–mid scale projects, managing a team to deliver multiple activations at once, keeping to budgets and producing high quality consumer experiences
- Reporting against set measurables to show account progress and activity effectiveness
- Proposal creation and development for medium-large scale projects, working with Account Director and relevant teams across fresh, and presenting ideas to client
- Actively seeking improvements on ways of working with small-mid scale core projects and appropriately reporting back to client
- Proactive business development through trusted partnerships
