Fresh are on the lookout for an Account/Project Manager to join one of their busy account teams and work across a range of brand experience projects. We’re looking for someone who has experience in a range of pre-production roles, whether that’s comms, creative, logistics or production, and is well seasoned working with long-term client relationships.
The successful candidate will:
- Have 3+ years experience in event management within an agency
- Be passionate and love taking on a challenge
- Be a real team player with a can-do attitude, always striving for more
- Have a willingness to learn but also a desire to be accountable
- Be able to work under pressure and at pace
- Have exceptional organisational skills, work prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
- Have great written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Have knowledge of retail clients
- Have experience of/or desire to mentor and line manage junior team members
- Be willing to work to our hybrid model of a minimum of 3 days a week in our Manchester city centre office
Core tasks:
- Management of small–medium sized projects independently (with support from your team) including acting as a main client contact, and being integral within meetings
- Playing a key supporting role in large scale projects – undertaking defined areas of responsibility
- Managing and delivering proposals for existing and new clients
- Making recommendations to improve efficiencies and streamline processes
- Developing creative solutions to client briefs
- Producing post-event reports demonstrating delivery against objectives
- Ensuring all financial management processes are adhered to in a timely manner
- Keeping up-to-date on all industry news, trends and emerging technologies
