Fresh is on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive (or a seriously strong Account Executive who’s eager to learn quickly and grow in an agency environment) to join the account team in our comms and content department. We're looking for someone who is tenacious, naturally organised and always on the ball. You’ll gain experience across the full range of work our comms and content team delivers - from creative development and content creation, to live event content, sponsorship and partnership projects, film shoots, and hands on collaboration with our studio team across copy and design.
Suited to someone at entry level or with 1–2 years’ experience under their belt, this is a role for somebody who can switch gears quickly, has great attention to detail, and can juggle multiple tasks at once. You’ll work across several of the agency’s flagship client accounts, learning how to support a busy client team, master best practice account handling, and get stuck into project and budget responsibilities.

Core tasks:
- Keeping day-to-day admin tight from status updates to reporting and file management
- Supporting with account management, budgeting and delivery coordination
- Creating clear, reliable information documents to ensure internal teams, suppliers and partners are fully aligned
- Working hands on with our studio team, supporting copy, design and creative workflows
- Providing quick, accurate updates to the Senior Account Manager
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand and on budget
- Contributing to proposal creation, idea generation and content planning
- Providing financial support, including PO creation and budget tracking
- Helping deliver sponsorship and partnership activity
- Following agency processes accurately and keeping systems up to date
- Managing and maintaining small, assigned projects from brief through to completion, acting as the client’s point of contact for agreed elements
- Assisting film team with the creation of content across live and digital environments, plus potential to support on film shoots
