Fresh is on the lookout for a Content Project Coordinator to join our busy content team and work across a range of live event and communications projects. We’re looking for someone who is well seasoned in client-facing roles and working with long-term client relationships, and understands a range of pre-production roles, whether that’s comms, creative, logistics or production. This role would be ideal for someone who has spent a couple of years in a project management role within an agency and would like to join a specialist content team.

The successful candidate will:
- Have 2+ years' experience in event management within an agency
- Be passionate and love taking on a challenge
- Be a real team player with a can-do attitude who always strives for more
- Have a willingness to learn but also a desire to be accountable
- Be able to work under pressure and at pace
- Have exceptional attention to detail and organisational, work prioritisation, and time management skills
- Have great written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Be willing to work to our hybrid model of a minimum of 3 days a week in our Manchester city centre office
Core tasks:
- Playing a key supporting role for large scale projects – working closely with the content producer undertaking defined areas of responsibility
- Attending client calls, capturing key actions, producing contact reports and holding both the client and internal fresh teams accountable to any actions within a timely manner
- Freelance management support - booking resource, freelancer comms and billing
- Scoping new opportunities
- Budgeting support
- Keeping up-to-date on all industry news, trends and emerging technologies
- Having appropriate responsibility and autonomy for account management, budgeting and delivery support across the projects within your team
- Communicating regularly with, and reporting to, the Content Producer/ Head of Live Event Content Delivery with all project status updates
- Creating key information documents to ensure that onsite staff have the required information to deliver activities
- Updating day-to-day team status admin and reporting
- Being an active member of weekly content team update meetings
- Support with proposal creation and idea development
- Ensuring fresh processes and systems are adhered to
