Freed From is a fast-growing, soon-to-launch premium non-alcoholic drinks distributor, working with innovative producers from around the world to supply luxury hotels, restaurants, private members' clubs and hospitality groups with exceptional alcohol‑free wines, spirit alternatives and elixirs.
The Opportunity
Working closely with our leadership team and an experienced marketing advisor, you'll post our content, keep campaigns on track and ensure our digital marketing activity remains organised and moving forward.
As Freed From grows, you'll have the opportunity to develop alongside the business and take on increasing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Producer Content & Campaigns
- Coordinate the producer video campaign from asset collection through to publication
- Gather photography, video and marketing assets from producers
- Coordinate campaign timelines and launch schedules
- Support ambassador and influencer campaigns
- Social Media
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Linked In and other platforms
- Maintain the content calendar
- Prepare posts using approved copy and creative assets
- Monitor community engagement
- Track campaign performance and provide data to the reporting lead
- Website
- Update producer pages and website content
- Upload and maintain product information
- Support ongoing website development
- Content Creation
- Create marketing assets using Canva
- Organise photography, video and digital assets
- Digital Operations
- Use AI tools such as Chat GPT to aid workflows
- Organise digital assets and content libraries
- Maintain accurate product information
- Support project coordination and internal documentation
- Reporting
Monitor and collate performance data for
- Social media
- Campaigns
- Ambassador activity
- Marketing KPIs
Provide this information to the data lead for reporting dashboards.
Skills & Experience
Experience with some of the following is desirable
- Social media scheduling platforms
- Social media post management
- Canva
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Word Press or other website content management systems
- Chat GPT or other AI tools
- Basic SEO principles
- Basic graphic design
- Basic video editing
- Experience with QR codes
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp or CRM platforms would be an advantage but isn't essential.
