General warehouse duties including:

  • Filling bags of animal & bird feed
  • Refilling products sold within the business
  • Answering telephone and taking orders
  • Answering queries via phone & email
  • Serving customers
  • Ensuring correct distribution of goods according to batch numbers
  • Cleaning & tidying
  • Labelling all products
  • Organising transport for outgoing goods

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning & tidying warehouse
  • Any other duties necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent time keeping and strong communication skills
  • Good manners and ability to work on own initiative
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of job duties required
  • Ability to carry out some heavy lifting duties
  • Driving licence or ability to make your own way to workplace
  • Forklift licence & experience of operating machinery preferable (training will be provided)
