Job Title Senior Bioinformatician (Genomics) This is a Senior Bioinformatician role in the Cancer Dynamics Laboratory, working across multiple projects including the MANIFEST research platform. About the Role We are seeking an experienced bioinformatician to join our team. The successful candidate will work on analysing genomic and transcriptomic data to identify features that influence responses and resistance to immunotherapy. Key Responsibilities To conduct analyses of genomic and transcriptomic data using established pipelines. To analyse DNA sequencing data, identifying somatic mutations, copy number aberrations, and neoantigens. To evaluate and provide state-of-the-art tools, databases, protocols and methods necessary for the analysis of biological data.
