What We Are Looking For
- Experience: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with proven experience working as a Senior Stylist on a busy salon floor.
- Technical Skills: Confident and highly skilled in modern colour techniques (such as balayage, foliage, and high‑end gray‑blending), precision cutting, and luxury finishes.
- Communication: A positive, clear communicator who takes pride in giving an exceptional, 5‑star client consultation.
- Attitude: A reliable team player who is driven to succeed, proactive in building a column, and eager to continuously improve their skills.
