We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and professional People Assistant to join the team at Frances Bardsley Academy and The Bridge. In this important role, you will work closely with the People Support Officer and the Hub Operations Manager, forming a valued part of the People and Operations Team within our Havering Secondary Hub. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who takes pride in providing excellent administrative support and who brings a friendly, approachable, and team‑focused manner.

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of our school community, helping to create a positive and well‑organised environment where staff and pupils can thrive.

  • Prior experience in a People / HR assistant role is desirable, but not essential.
