Job Description: This is a Full Time role that will run for the length of multiple projects. This will be a remote / office based position, commuting to different locations across London and surrounding areas. We are looking for an Junior Site Supervisor with a minimum of 1 years of professional experience to work on fit out project and furniture industry. This role is available for an immediate start with the right candidate. This role will encompass the management of all site labour and of all site activities, Health and Safety, overseeing trade contractors and making sure all work is completed to the highest standard, on time and in line with the programme provided by the Construction Manager and within the parameters of the budget and of the design, ensuring that commercial opportunities are maximised to achieve savings while maintaining the highest quality of the final product. Weekend work and out of hours work will be required from time to time. The Junior Site Supervisor will be reporting to the Project Director. Details: Junior Site Supervisor – High-End Fit-Out/ Furniture Installations / Move Management Competitive Salary Location: London & Surrounding Areas Full Time Contract Start: Immediate start for the right candidate Essential Requirements: * Clean Driving Licence * CSCS Card (Preffered) * Fluent English * Good communicator * Computer literacy is a must and ability to use Outlook for emails, how to find information in the folders, printing, scanning etc. * Must be based within a commutable distance * Commercial fitout/Move Management experience Experience: The ideal candidate for the role will be a well-established Junior Site Supervisor who has an experience of managing sites and teams to deliver fit out, move management and refurbishment projects, with a proven track record across schemes of a similar nature. The perfect candidate will have specific experience of * Managing the fit out of hotels and/or restaurants, bars, clubs, offices and similar * Understand the building process * Ability to be hands on when required. * A good communicator, * Able to manage and interact with contractors in a positive engaging manner * Minimum of 1 year experience as a Junior Site Manager in construction fitout, move management or refurbishments * Ability to run the site to meet CDM requirements About the Company: We are a company called The Framework Group which has found excellent success in a niche area of the industry, offering clients industry expertise, professional solutions, and most importantly – results.
