The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Consultant (Key Holder position) to join our team. We are extremely passionate about our products and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of customer service. Our employees are trained to offer the very best expertise and knowledge within the fragrance industry. Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets.
  • Open and close the store in the absence of any other management, ensuring that the store trades safely and legally.
  • Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Ensure our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Effectively match the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs.
  • Assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
  • Process transactions at the till point.
  • Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.
  • Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate a natural sales ability.
  • Be passionate about retail and fashion.

  • Ability to operate POS system.

Required Experience

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales/retail would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
  • Due to the nature of the role successful candidates must meet the minimum legal age requirements.
