The Fragrance Shop is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Assistant (Key Holder position) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets.
- In the absence of any other management you will open and close the store and are responsible at that point for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally.
- Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
- Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer's needs.
- Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
- Processing transactions at the till point.
- Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.
- Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

Required Experience:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales/retail would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong team working skills.
- Flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
- Successful candidates must meet minimum legal age requirements.
