We’re continuing to grow and are looking for an SEO Executive to join our expanding Digital team and help drive organic visibility, traffic and revenue across key trading moments throughout the year.
OverviewThe role: We’re looking for an SEO Executive to support and execute our organic search strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimisation and content. This role is ideal for someone who is data-led, commercially minded and excited by working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment with strong seasonal peaks.
You’ll work closely with Ecommerce, Paid Media, CRO and Development teams to ensure SEO best practice is embedded across the site and aligned with wider digital objectives.
What you’ll be doing- Execute day-to-day SEO activity across technical, content and on-page optimisation.
- Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities across categories, PLPs and PDPs.
- Optimise metadata, headings, internal linking and site structure to improve rankings and CTR.
- Support seasonal and promotional moments (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s, Black Friday) with SEO-led landing pages.
- Monitor organic performance using GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools.
- Identify and support fixes for technical SEO issues including crawl errors, indexation and Core Web Vitals.
- Work with Content and Creative teams to ensure SEO best practice is built into briefs.
- Support reporting on key KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, CTR and revenue contribution.
- Keep up to date with algorithm updates and SEO best practice.
Due to the specific skills and experience required, we will only be able to progress candidates who meet the essential criteria below:
- Previous experience in an SEO role (in-house or agency-side).
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical and on-page SEO.
- Experience working with GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Confident using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience in retail or eCommerce is highly desirable.
