- Job Purpose
The Senior Media Manager is responsible for delivering The Fragrance Shop’s Trade Partnerships & Retail Media strategy through best-in-class campaign execution, partner management, and commercial performance.
Acting as the key link between strategy and execution, this role ensures that brand partner investment is effectively planned, delivered, and optimised across digital and in-store channels to maximise ROI.
You will play a critical role in driving commercial growth, enhancing partner relationships, and embedding consistent, high-quality campaign delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Trade Partnerships & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with key brand partners
- Lead campaign planning conversations and translate partner objectives into executable plans
- Support the TFS Media Director in delivering partner commitments and media plans
- 2. Retail Media Campaign Delivery
- Own the end-to-end execution of retail media campaigns across digital and in-store channels
- Ensure all brand-funded activity is delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Digital, Marketing, Retail, Logistics) to deliver integrated campaigns
- 3. Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure full utilisation and reconciliation of partner investment
- Identify opportunities to grow partner spend and improve commercial returns
- Support delivery of the Retail Media commercial plan
- Own campaign performance tracking and ROI reporting
- Deliver clear, insight-led post-campaign analysis to partners and internal stakeholders
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data and learnings
- 5. Planning & Operations
- Own and maintain the retail media activity calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities
- Support seasonal, quarterly, and annual campaign planning cycles
- Drive consistency in processes, tools, and ways of working
- Line manage and support development of the TFS Media Executive
- Provide clear direction on campaign execution and priorities
- Contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative team culture

- Growth in Trade partner investment (Yo Y / seasonal uplift)
- Delivery of Retail Media revenue targets (£ / % vs plan)
- 100% of partner budgets fully utilised and reconciled

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Media or Commercial roles
- Strong campaign and project management skills
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and ROI
- Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills
- Strong analytical capability and reporting experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in retail, beauty, or FMCG environments
- Exposure to retail media networks or media sales
- Experience working with brand-funded marketing campaigns
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
