  • Job Purpose

The TFS Media Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing trade partner activity across The Fragrance Shop’s trade, retail media and eventing channels.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that all campaigns, activations, and events are delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standard.

You will act as a central point of coordination between brand partners and internal teams, supporting the successful delivery of commercial objectives.

You will also lead the planning and execution of key partner events, ensuring exceptional experiences for both brand partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Campaign Delivery
  • 100 % of campaigns delivered on time and error-free
  • Accuracy of campaign execution (minimal rework/issues)
  • Adherence to campaign timelines and critical paths
  • Event Delivery
  • Successful delivery of all events to agreed timelines and standards
  • Trade partner satisfaction with events (feedback scores)
  • Attendance and engagement levels at key events
  • Operational Excellence
  • Accuracy and upkeep of activity trackers and calendars
  • Timeliness of responses to internal and external queries
  • Efficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • 100 % of partner investment tracked and claimed accurately
  • Timely processing of invoices, budgets, and reconciliations

Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
