The Role:
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and working alongside two other Ecommerce Executives, youβll support the day-to-day running of our ecommerce platforms. This includes site merchandising, trading performance, and product content β with a strong focus on driving customer experience and commercial results.
Youβll also play a key role in supporting the launch and merchandising of a new concept website on Shopify, contributing to its setup and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
β Merchandise products and categories for maximum visibility and conversion
β Keep homepages, landing pages, and promotional edits fresh and relevant
β Assist with merchandising and setup of a new Shopify site
Trading & Analytics:
β Monitor key ecommerce KPIs including revenue, AOV, traffic, bounce rate, and conversion
β Use reporting tools and analytics to support performance insights and recommendations
β Identify optimisation opportunities to improve customer journey and trading results
Content & Product Management:
β Maintain accurate product content, imagery, and descriptions
β Ensure promotional offers, banners, and seasonal content are updated on time
β Optimise product detail pages (PDPs) to drive conversion and support SEO
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
β Work closely with internal teams including CRM, SEO, Paid Media, Social, Marketing, and Buying & Merchandising
β Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal planning
β Brief in content and creative needs to internal and external teams
Skills & Experience:
β Experience in an ecommerce or merchandising role, ideally in a retail environment
β Familiarity with ecommerce platforms; Shopify experience is a plus
β Strong attention to detail and confident working with data
β Proficient in MS Office and Excel; basic HTML knowledge helpful
β Understanding of ecommerce marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social)
β Organised, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team
