Experienced Administrator required to join a leading contractor based in Bristol. Joining an experienced and long-standing team, specialising in new build & refurbishment projects for public sector frameworks across the southwest. These are negotiated projects for key clients with a good pipeline of future works. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their construction knowledge and be a part of a company that can provide a fantastic career pathway.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Manager and working alongside a regional team.
- Ensuring systems are compliant and documents are filled in accordance with the business standards and procedures.
- Regular client liaison & systems co-ordination.
- Management of compliance systems using specialised software including Field View, React Tech, Share Point & Smart Site.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks, issue resolution, and general administrative support to the wider team.
