Responsibilities
- Manages daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all work meets safety codes.
- Plan the work and efficiently organise site operations in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines.
- Liaise with any consultants and sub-contractors engaged in the project as necessary.
- Supervise and monitor.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Liaise with management.
- Introduce improvements and innovation where appropriate to areas of responsibility.
- Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the specification.
- Take part in and deliver a Safety Culture with the entire site team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of working as a Site Supervisor on large projects.
- Minimum of 5 Years Site Supervisor experience.
- Gold CSCS Card.
- SSSTS / SMSTS.
- First Aid.
- Knowledge of Heavy Plant / Earthworks / Roadworks.
