We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction operations on key projects across the Brighton area. You will be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site activities and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate materials, labour, and project schedules.
  • Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and project costs.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Site Manager (ideally in residential or commercial construction).
  • Strong understanding of H&S legislation and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Driving licence and ability to travel locally as required.
