This is a Site Manager position to join a project based in Fareham with a regional contractor who focuses on high quality refurbishments, fit outs as well as offering M&E design and fit services.
This project will be working on a high security base, so experience of MOD or MOJ would be admirable. You will be managing this job till completion, which will continue for 15 months. You’ll be joining an established team, with the responsibility of managing all workers and sub-contractors throughout the CAT A refurb.
Their teams have been delivering full scale turn-key refurbishment and fit-out services to the public and private sector for over 35 years, in excess of 90% of those projects have been completed within live occupied environments and delivered under a Principal Contractor model, this would be the case for this project, so experience working in a live environment would be necessary.
