The FR Group in Blackburn is seeking a Pre-Litigation Fee Earner/Paralegal with credit hire experience to join our Road Traffic Accident team. You will manage a caseload of around 180 files from MOJ Portal submission through to potential litigation, with minimal supervision and a focus on client care.
You will handle MOJ & OIC portal matters, draft witness statements, instruct medical agencies, recover credit hire and storage charges, and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
