The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining programme and quality standards, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within new-build housing
- Strong knowledge of residential construction
- Previous timber-frame experience is highly desirable
