Responsibilities
- Manage tender process, review tender documents, engage with subcontractors/suppliers and obtain quotes, perform package costing.
- Prepare full bid submissions, cost breakdowns, preliminaries, risk allowances and profit margins.
- Liaise with design, pre-construction and operations teams to ensure buildability, cost control and compliance with the company's standards.
- Perform cost comparisons, value engineering options and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with the company's emphasis on sustainability, health and safety and quality standards, all core values of the business.
