We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of traditional new build housing developments, delivering high-quality homes in line with NHBC standards. You will take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations on new build housing projects
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with NHBC standards and building regulations
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and direct labour
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and site housekeeping
  • Monitor programme schedules and manage workloads to meet deadlines
  • Ensure quality control at all stages of the build process
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, building control, and NHBC inspectors
  • Complete site records, reports, and inspections as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on traditional new build housing projects
  • Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and current building regulations
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain build programmes
