The company is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. Provide expert legal advice on a broad spectrum of residential conveyancing matters Draft and review legal documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) with at least 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing Adaptable and open to using new legal technologies and systems While commercial property experience is welcome, it is not essential.
