We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction operations on key projects across the West Sussex area. You'll be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate materials, labour, and project schedules.
- Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor progress, quality, and project costs.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
