About Foxes Club
Since 2009, Foxes Club has been creating fun, safe and supportive sporting environments for young people. Players of all abilities train in top-class facilities with qualified, experienced coaches. Our new netball programme brings that same approach to players aged 6–18. It's about more than the game: we create an atmosphere where fun and learning go hand in hand, building skills, confidence and a lifelong love of the sport.
We’re looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our team and help deliver exciting sessions in a supportive, energetic environment.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and delivering safe, inclusive and enjoyable netball sessions for individuals and teams of all abilities
- Preparing players for competition, including umpiring Fives fixtures
- Supporting players' confidence and personal and social development through sport
- Communicating regularly with parents, players and the wider coaching team
What we're looking for
Essential
- Proven experience coaching netball to a range of abilities
- Experience working with young people in a sports environment
- Valid Enhanced DBS and safeguarding certificate, or willingness to obtain both before your start date
- First aid qualification
- Enthusiastic, organised and committed to player development
- Available Friday evenings, and open to additional evenings as the programme grows
Desirable
- UKCC Level 1 Netball Coaching qualification or equivalent
- Experience of playing netball to a good level
