Our client is looking for a Van Driver to work for a local company based in Kettering. Hours are 07.30am to 16.30pm but the schedule needs to be flexible depending on job delivery requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive a 3.5 tonne Luton‑style van for delivery.
- Unload goods from the back of the vehicle to the required offload location.
- In branch: load delivery vehicle.
- Unload supplier deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and standards (tidying, sweeping, etc.).
- Perform loading and unloading of lorries.
- Provide excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver.
- Full UK driving licence held.
