To assist in the overall production and dispatch of customer's orders. To provide accurate and prompt packing of goods in line with the orders. The job also includes other general duties to maintain the efficient working of the Warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
- Order pick and pack with hand scanning guns.
- Load and unload lorries.
- Shrink wrapping.
- Palletising.
- General housekeeping.
- Report any problems or issues immediately to line manager.
- Pick and pack customer orders to achieve agreed turn-round targets using suitable packaging products.
- Keep warehouse and outside forecourts clean and tidy, keeping gangways clear.
- Observe and comply with high levels of Health and Safety.
- Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work.
Qualifications:
- Fit for active work in a Warehouse setting.
- Regular repetitive heavy lifting duties.
