We are looking for talented, passionate individuals to join the kitchen team at Il Mulino. We are very proud of the food operation at Il Mulino and are on the lookout for talented individuals to help drive forward our business to the next level. Working under the supervision of Head Chef, the successful applicant will show a strong work ethic, intuitivity and discipline. We offer a contemporary dining experience at Il Mulino, serving traditional Italian cuisine using modern techniques.

Day to Day Duties

As Sous Chef at Il Mulino, you will be required to work under the direction of Head Chef & owners and work to company specs ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained at all times.
