We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for helping the Head Chef oversee all aspects of food production and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are served to our guests.

Duties:

  • Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to food safety standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with the management team to create new recipes and menu items
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Manage kitchen expenses within budgetary guidelines
